What a humdrum life a bee leads! Free-spirited Maya and best friend Willy decide to venture further afield in the insect world. Having explored its many marvels and made a swarm of friends and foes, the runaways return to their hive where they become accidental heroes by foiling an evil plot and saving the queen bee.
