Tickets for programmes of the International Arts Carnival 2024 are available at URBTIX (except for the workshop of Monster by POP Theatre) from 10 May onwards. Patrons can purchase up to a maximum of 40 tickets per transaction (a maximum of 4 tickets per workshop, and a maximum of 8 tickets per film screening). Tickets can be bought in the following ways, up to one hour before the performance or at any time before the show starts at the performance venue box office / self-service ticketing kiosk.

URBTIX Counter Booking & Self-service Ticketing Kiosk Booking
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Faster Payment System (in Hong Kong currency only) are accepted for payment at URBTIX outlets and Self-service Ticketing Kiosks. Cash payment (Hong Kong Currency) is only applicable at URBTIX outlets.

  • Internet Booking / Mobile App Booking: Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Faster Payment System (for Internet Booking only).
  • Telephone Booking: Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay without PIN authentication requirement.
  • For internet, mobile ticketing app or telephone booking service, there is a service fee of HK$9 per ticket purchased (no limit set per transaction and is non-refundable).
  • Customers can choose to collect their purchased tickets from self-service ticketing kiosks or at the sales counter at any URBTIX outlets by the same credit card (except virtual card) used for the booking / claim ID, or by mail / courier to the customer’s designated address. Mail / courier delivery is available until 7 to 30 days before the performance (depending on the delivery method). An extra service fee will be charged for mail / courier delivery. All service and mailing / delivery fees collected are non-refundable.
  • Service and mailing / delivery fees are subject to change from time to time in accordance with URBTIX updates.

Discount Schemes * Concessionary Discounts for Full-time Students, Senior Citizens, People with Disabilities and the Minder and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Recipients Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and the minder and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients. Discount for full-time students is also applicable to children aged 6 and under. Tickets for CSSA recipients are available on a first-come-first-served basis^. Concessionary ticket holders must produce evidence of their identity or age upon admission.

Group Booking Discount
10% discount for each purchase of 4-9 full-price tickets for stage / film programmes;
15% discount for each purchase of 10-19 full-price tickets for stage / film programmes;
20% discount for each purchase of 20 or more full-price tickets for stage / film programmes.

Package Booking Discount
10% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 3-4 different stage / film programmes;
15% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 5 or more different stage / film programmes.

Hong Kong Sinfonietta Programme Discount
10% discount on full-price tickets of Short-cut to Classical Music — The Instruments of an Orchestra and The Other Side of Beethoven by the Hong Kong Sinfonietta for Fringe Club, HK Arts Administrators Association, MOViE MOViE, Hong Kong Orchestral Teachers’ Circle and Hong Kong Piano/Electone Teachers’ Circle members at URBTIX Outlets; 10% discount for each purchase of 4 or more full-price tickets for the same programmes. POP Theatre’s Friends Discount
10% discount on full-price tickets of Monster by POP Theatre with valid membership cards at URBTIX Outlets. For discount details and enquiries: 3704 7295

CCDC Dance Inspirations Card Discount

“Summer Family Cine Fest” Family Screen Discount @North District Town Hall
30% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 2 standard tickets and 1 student concessionary ticket of the same film screening at North District Town Hall. For discount details and enquiries: 2734 2900

For Fields of Tender, limited half-price tickets for babies are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

^ No quota on half-price tickets for CSSA recipients for 2024 Hong Kong Youth Music Camp Concerts by Music Office, Short-cut to Classical Music — The Instruments of an Orchestra and The Other Side of Beethoven by the Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Monster by POP Theatre and Sliding into Heart by the City Contemporary Dance Company.

Special Notes
  • One ticket per person regardless of age. Admission subject to age limit specified for each event.
  • Audience aged below 3 will not be admitted to all stage / film programmes, except Fields of Tender and Monster. Please refer to programme details for age recommendations.
  • Please refer to programme details for age recommendation of workshops.
  • The box office of the Hong Kong Film Archive only provides counter sales and ticket collection services for film programmes.
  • The box office of the Hong Kong Space Museum only provides counter sales service for film programmes scheduled at the Museum.
  • There is no URBTIX counter sales service nor door ticket counter at the Hong Kong Science Museum, but patrons can purchase and collect tickets at the Museum’s self-service ticketing kiosks. If counter service is needed, please patronise URBTIX outlets located at other venues/ sites.
  • Events will normally be cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued or remains in effect 3 hours before the event starts. Ticket holders are advised to visit www.hkiac.gov.hk (for stage programme), www.lcsd.gov.hk/fp (for film programme) or www.lcsd.gov.hk for details of programme schedule changes, and to call 2370 1044 (for stage programme) or 2734 2900 (for film programme) after resumption of normal office hours for refund arrangements.
  • The presenter reserves the right to substitute artists and change the programmes should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary.
  • The content of the programmes does not represent the views of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
  • Members of the audience are strongly advised to arrive punctually. Latecomers and those who leave their seats during the performance will only be admitted and allowed to return to their seats respectively during the intermission or at a suitable break. The presenter reserves the right to refuse admission of latecomers, or determine the time and manner of admission of latecomers.
  • Patrons can enjoy only one of the above discount schemes for the purchase of each ticket. Please inform the box-office staff at the time of purchase.
  • For each concessionary ticket for people with disabilities, the customer can purchase one ticket with the same concession for the minder.
  • The price of each discount ticket will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
