Tickets for programmes of the International Arts Carnival 2023 are available at URBTIX from 19 May onwards. Patrons can purchase up to a maximum of 40 tickets per transaction (a maximum of 4 tickets per workshop, and a maximum of 8 tickets per film screening^＃). Tickets can be bought in the following ways, up to one hour before the performance (except “Snap a Pic with DingDing” Parent-child Workshop) or at any time before the show starts at the performance venue box office / self-service ticketing kiosk (except Emperor Cinemas The LOHAS).

Concessionary Discounts for Full-time Students, Senior Citizens, People with Disabilities and the Minder and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Recipients

Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and the minder and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients^{< ＋}. Discount for full-time students is also applicable to children aged 6 and under. Tickets for CSSA recipients are available on a first-come-first-served basis^. Concessionary ticket holders must produce evidence of their identity or age upon admission.

10% discount for each purchase of 4-9 full-price tickets for stage / film programmes;

Special Notes

• One ticket per person regardless of age. Admission subject to age limit specified for each event.
• Audiences aged below 3 will not be admitted to all stage / film programmes, except Living Creatures. Please refer to programme details for age recommendations.

• The box office of the Hong Kong Film Archive provides counter sales and ticket collection services for film programmes scheduled at LCSD venues.
• The box office of the Hong Kong Space Museum only provides counter sales service for film programmes scheduled at the Museum.
• Patrons can purchase and collect tickets of film programmes scheduled at the LCSD venues at the self-service ticketing kiosks in the Hong Kong Science Museum. If counter service is needed, please patronise URBTIX outlets located at other venues / sites.
• Events will normally be cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued or remains in effect 3 hours before the event starts. Ticket holders are advised to visit www.hkiac.gov.hk (for stage programme), www.lcsd.gov.hk/fp (for film programme) or www.lcsd.gov.hk for details of programme schedule changes, and to call 2370 1044 (for stage programme) or 2734 2900 (for film programme) after resumption of normal office hours for refund arrangements.
