Little voices everywhere, Sing a story when you’re there
Could you write a song about yourself? How about one for a domestic helper? Or a magician? What about a schoolbag, face mask, or even a cloud? In this illuminating programme, singer-songwriter Vicky Fung and lyricist Chow Yiu-fai, co-founders of social enterprise Every Life Is A Song, set out to inspire new emerging musicians to give voice to their experiences and imaginings through creating original tunes and lyrics for the people and objects around them.
Here, self-recorded voice clips from 3- to 12-year-olds are transformed into songs, the live show will be accompanied by short music videos and multimedia displays to demonstrate the magic of song-making and creativity. A great opportunity for children to share their perspectives on our diverse metropolis and be heard through original vocal music.
