Musical Magic

The Classic Buskers and Neil Henry (UK)

Classical music has never been so much fun!

Three madcap talents light up the stage in this witty and highly engaging classical music-versus-magic show. There’s talented Michael Copley, master of more than 40 woodwind instruments; exceptional accordionist Ian Moore, a Mr. Bean lookalike; and riveting magician Neil Henry, who constantly bemuses the musicians with his amazing tricks. Combined with an intriguing assortment of props, it’s a showcase for British humour at its best.

Rarely seen flutes, ocarinas and recorders are all called into action for new arrangements of classical favourites. Alongside, magical items appear then disappear. Instruments and objects suddenly exchange roles. And masterpieces by Saint-Saëns, Haydn and Chopin become accessible to all.

The extraordinary trio have toured extensively in the Americas, Europe and Asia, earning an outsize reputation for their novel approach and enthralling show. A truly magical classical concert to delight all the family!
