Clar de llunes (Moonlight) is the latest spectacle of visual theatre magician Pep Bou, who is best known as the King of Bubbles from Spain. In his hand-blown transparent kingdom, soap bubbles take a variety of shape, colour and size, and forms of movement. Sometimes they are delicate pearl-sized globules that dance with flair and grace to the enchanting live music. Sometimes they are giant fun-house mirrors or even huge artworks that are enough to envelop a piano. The bubbles, along with sophisticated projections and lightings, create an unusual yet charming visual poetry.
