Inspired by The Pied Piper of
Hamelin by the Brothers Grimm
Toasty's father is a magician and she
has watched him perform all manners
of feats since a young child. To her,
magic is regarded as merely "boring
tricks".
One day, the beautiful sound of a
recorder lures her into a
magic tool shop when
she is walking along the
street. However, once
inside, she makes fun of the
owner and his special skills.
Little does Toasty know she
is about to learn a very big
lesson.
On returning home, Toasty
finds her father has
disappeared into thin air!
Upset and anxious, she runs
back to the tool shop only to find
everything gone except for
a large, wooden box. She
opens it, steps inside, and
thus embarks on a spellbinding
journey.
