2005 Hong Kong Youth Music Camp Concerts


Music Office

 

The Hong Kong Youth Music Camp is a major annual summer youth activity organised by the Music Office. About four hundred budding musicians aged between 10 and 25 will receive intensive music training in a summer camp environment.

Young musicians of the Symphonic Band, Junior String Orchestra, Chinese Orchestra, Junior Chinese Orchestra, Youth Choir and Symphony Orchestra will be trained by music maestros Dr. Reed Thomas (USA), Geoffrey Applegate (USA), Zhang Lie (China), Franz Herzog (Austria) and Colin Touchin (UK).

Two finale concerts will be the climax to showcase the achievements of the industrious music training in the Music Camp.

Featuring the Symphonic Band, Junior String Orchestra and Chinese Orchestra

Concert 2
Featuring the Junior Chinese Orchestra, Youth Choir and Symphony Orchestra
